At Cramped Attic Technology, we repair, build and sell electronic equipment for film production. Our clients include sound mixers, steadicam operators, camera operators and camera assistants.

In the late 80s when all this began, our local film industry was embryonic. Operators and mixers routinely sent gear across the continent for repair. Cramped Attic has grown by filling the need of equipment operators for competent, convenient service.

We sell Scorpio products from Servicevision, Barcelona, including remote focus and heads. We also have developed a few unique products of our own, and some "standard" modifications of existing equipment.

Cramped Attic's business is technology and service-driven. We combine strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of our customers' needs. Film production involves a mix of the traditional and the pioneering, the very high-tech and the pragmatic "get it done". And the heat's usually on.
